She has a Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with a specialty in training and development. Rachel’s passion for creating people-centric and psychologically safe workplaces comes from personal experience as a survivor of spiritual and sexual abuse in a high-control environment. She promotes a trauma-informed approach to leadership and believes that when we know better, we can do better.
